1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website at sagacitytg.com, purchasing our digital products ("The Blueprint Vault"), or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

2. Intellectual Property & Digital Product License

This is a critical section regarding the products sold in our "Blueprint Vault" (e.g., SOP Libraries, Power Automate Templates, Roadmaps).

  • Ownership: All materials, templates, code snippets, and documents are the intellectual property of Sagacity Technology Group, LLC.
  • The License: When you purchase a digital product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own internal business use.
  • Prohibitions: You may NOT:
    • Resell, redistribute, or share the source files with third parties.
    • Post the documents publicly on the internet.
    • Use our templates to create a competing product.

Violation of this license will result in immediate revocation of access and potential legal action.

3. Refund Policy

  • Services: Refunds for consulting retainers are governed by the specific Master Services Agreement (MSA) signed at the start of the engagement.
  • Digital Products: Due to the downloadable nature of our digital products (SOPs, Templates, Guides), all sales are final and non-refundable. Once the files have been downloaded, they cannot be "returned."
  • Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties downloading or accessing the file, please contact support@sagacitytg.com for immediate assistance.

4. Professional Services Disclaimer

Sagacity Technology Group, LLC provides technology consulting, systems integration, and bookkeeping automation services.

  • Not Legal or CPA Advice: While we may discuss financial systems, compliance, or contracts, our advice does not constitute professional legal or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) advice. We recommend consulting with your own attorney or tax professional for specific legal or tax matters.
  • No Guarantees: We make every effort to ensure our systems architecture and advice yield positive results. However, we cannot guarantee specific financial outcomes, revenue growth, or error-free operation of third-party software (e.g., Microsoft, HubSpot, QuickBooks).

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Sagacity Technology Group LLC or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website or digital products, even if we have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Our website and products may contain links to third-party websites or require the use of third-party software (e.g., Microsoft Power Automate, QuickBooks Online). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party services. Your use of these tools is subject to their respective terms of service.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
